Job Description
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers to drive new business.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Serve as the go-to between Senior Management and Clients
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Develop territory plans to cultivate and identify opportunities to drive revenue targets
Liaise with the IT, Marketing and Customer support teams to develop products suitable for the market.
Manage and grow the company’s existing clientele.
Requirements
