Job Description

Staying up to date with industry and social media trends to keep ahead of competitors. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Producing consistently excellent visual work and original pieces. Brainstorming and producing a host of ideas alone as well as in teams, and being able to present to the other members of the team. Communicating productively with your managers, team leads and the marketing team to keep them up-to-date with project milestones. Ensuring quality throughout the process from ideation to production. Being a brand guardian. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Maintaining a full and fluent knowledge of creative design tools and software. Supporting with designs that support product sales. Manage relationships with external agencies and partners. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
